Refund policy

No refunds. Store credit or exchange only, within 7 days of purchase or receiving if shipped.


Exchanges & Returns for Store Credit

We do not allow cancellations or refunds. However, we do accept exchanges and returns for store credit under the following conditions:

  • Items must be in the same condition that you received them: unworn or unused, with tags, and in their original packaging.
  • You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Certain items are non-returnable, including swimwear, earrings, spandex items, sale items, and gifts.

To start an exchange or return for store credit, please email us at blissfullyfestyle@gmail.com. Returns should be sent to:

If approved:

  • Exchanges: You’ll be responsible for shipping the item back to us. Once received, you’ll also be charged another shipping fee for the new item to be sent out.
  • Store Credit: You’ll be responsible for shipping the item back to us. Once received and inspected, we’ll issue you a digital gift card for the purchase amount (minus shipping fees). This gift card will be sent via email and can be used toward any future order.

Items sent back without first requesting an exchange or return will not be accepted.
